Shell mulls $4bn in Nigerian projects

Officials with Royal Dutch Shell PLC say they are looking at possible onshore investments in Nigeria that could be worth about $4 billion.  Shell CEO Peter Voser made the comments in London Wednesday in remarks published by the international oil company. The investments in Nigeria would go toward operations to capture the natural gas flared during the production of crude oil in the delta.
