Esorfranki rejects court 'corruption' claims
Civil engineering and construction group Esorfranki (ESR) said on Tuesday that it was “gravely concerned” at the potential implication of the words used by a high court judge in overturning a R860 million contract award to build the Western Aqueduct for the eThekwini Municipality, specifically regarding references to the possibility of “corruption” in the tender process.
